Review the progress since the Bangkok SCLF and clarify the key goals and expected contributions during the SCLF in-person events. |

This session will set the tone for productive discussions and align participants on the forum’s objectives. |
9:30 AM – 10:00 AM | Recapping the previous SCLF event Format: Plenary presentation Moderators: Dr Shelby Kemper & Maureen O’Shea Description: Recap the “Bangkok Call to Action” discussed during the previous SCLF in-person session. Discuss alignment on the pillars and enablers, clarify their definitions, and reiterate the overarching rationale for establishing the SCLF in response to key sector challenges. |
10:00 AM – 10:15 AM | Interagency Supply Chain Group (ISG) Government Seat Format: Plenary presentation Moderator: Dominique Zwinkels Description: We will be seeking nominations for a member to take up the ISG Government Seat. We will ask members to ensure that any further self-nominations (in addition to those put forward via the pre-work) for this position are submitted by 10:00 PM to be considered for the shortlist. |

10:45 AM – 1:00 PM | Client centricity Format: Plenary, panel, & small group discussions Moderators: Dr Shelby Kemper & Maureen O’Shea Description: We will explore the core principles of client-centric supply chains and their definitions based on recognized frameworks, along with examples of effective client-centric supply chains. We will examine country-specific examples and best practices that have adopted these approaches to drive client centricity and improve health outcomes. This discussion will conclude with an exploration of ideas to overcome barriers and develop pathways for scaling client-centric supply chains at the country level. |

3:30 PM – 5:30 PM | Private sector innovation panel Format: Panel discussion (Helium Health, Maisha Meds, Kasha and Figorr) Moderators: Salient Advisory & Dr Shelby Kemper Description: Provide SCLF attendees the opportunity to interact with prominent Africa-focused innovators in supply chain and health product distribution. Discussions will focus on strategies for engaging with these innovators to enhance their scale and impact. The panel will include key stakeholders from both sectors, and the conversation will highlight practical examples, success stories, and explore new partnership opportunities. The aim is to foster dialogue, identify actionable steps, and set the stage for future collaboration. |

Panelists will share insights on key enablers of sustainability, such as financing, workforce planning, and technology enablement. The goal is to identify a common understanding of the sustainability of global health systems and gain insights into where countries stand regarding their perspectives on sustainability. |
